Meal Preparation
Eating well is vital for everyone of all ages. Whatever your age, your daily food choices can make an important difference in your health and in how you look and feel. Our In-Home aides collaborate with our senior clients and their families to assess their nutritional needs and create specific meal plans to help promote healthy eating habits. Our Caregivers can assist with some of the following tasks on meal preparation:
- Assist with menu-planning
- Prepare nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
- Take into consideration dietary restrictions and other limitations
- Monitor food and fluid intake
